Wynona Moore Motley

Gretna…….Wynona Moore Motley, age 95 of Gretna, died Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Danville Regional Medical Center.
Born July 24, 1915 in Pittsylvania County, she was a daughter of the late Suiter Moore and Sweetie Bates Moore. She was predeceased by her husband, Alfred W. (Pete) Motley, a sister Edith Custer; two brothers, Larry Moore and Dempsey Moore. Mrs. Motley was a member of Greenbay Christian Church and was a former member of the choir, and was a home maker. She enjoyed reading her bible and her flowers
The last survivor of her immediate family she is survived by nieces, Novella Reynolds, Brenda Caldwell, Donna Sartin and a nephew Roger Custer.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 18, 2011 at Greenbay Christian Church by Lee Ashley, Minister. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 18, 2011 at Greenbay Christian Church.
