Lynchburg..........Worliece Anderson Douglas, age 81 of Lynchburg died Saturday, April 10, 2010 at Hospice House in Lynchburg.
Born October 8, 1928 in Mount Ranier, Maryland she was a daughter of the late Ira Daniel Anderson, Sr. and Lula Saunders Anderson. She was predeceased by her husband Frank Henry Douglas; two brothers, I.D. Anderson, Jr., and Elwood Anderson; and three sisters, Christine A. Dickens, Mavis A. Yeatts, and Dorothy Whitaker. Mrs. Douglas was a member of Greenfield Baptist Church, and was a retired secretary at UNC at Chapel Hill.
She is survived by nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at Greenfield Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. R.G. Rowland.
