Hurt…..William Virgil Burgess (Bill) (Gunsmoke) Wyatt, Jr. age 52 of 3996 Roark Mill Road, Hurt died Thursday, June 16, 2011 at his residence..
Born July 12, 1958 in Gallia County, Ohio, he was a son of the late William Burgess Wyatt and Beatrice Josephine Jarrett Wyatt. He was also predeceased by a brother, Orville Jarrett and a sister Mary Wyatt. Mr. Wyatt was a former employee of the Lane Company. He enjoyed mechanic work and collecting hot wheels.
He is survived by two daughters, Ashley Miller and husband, William of Hurt and Stephanie Wyatt of Hurt; three brothers, Earl Jarrett of Gretna, Charles Wyatt of Gretna, Sherman Wyatt and wife, Tina of Daniels, WV,; three sisters, Susan Meador and husband, James of Hurt, Sharon Trent and husband, Steve of Evington and Jane Meador and husband, Tony of Daniels, WV; three grandchildren, Hailey Miller, Erica Miller, Alexzander; 12 nieces and nephews; and 16 great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral; services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by the Rev. Dr. Lynn Marstin. Burial will follow in the Carl O. Moran Memorial Garden
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 P.M. Friday, June 17, 2011 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence.
