Gretna………Wesley Ray Clay, age 61 of Gretna died Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at his residence.

Born October 18, 1958 in Pittsylvania County, he was a son of the late Silas Carter Clay and Beatrice Simpson Clay.  Wesley was a technician with Clay's Heating and Cooling; and he enjoyed fishing.

He is survived by three brothers, Ralph Clay of Gretna, Larry Clay and wife, Judy of Gretna, and Donald Clay and wife, Gina of Gretna; two nephews, Michael "Mike" Clay and wife, Christy of Gretna, and Zachary Clay of Gretna; and one niece, Makayla Pierce and husband, Jared of Gretna.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Rev. R.G. Rowland.  Burial will follow in Gretna Burial Park.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home.
