Vernon Hill……….Wayne Michael Benninger, age 46 of Vernon Hill died Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at VCU Medical Center.

Born January 29, 1976 in Allentown, PA, he was a son of Bruce Lynn Benninger of Stroudsburg, PA and the late Diane Ruth Hude Benninger.  Mr. Benninger was a very active member of Open Bible Baptist Church where he sang in the choir and did a lot of behind-the-scenes work.  He was a maintenance mechanic with Annin Flagmakers and enjoyed working on the farm.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Mila Benninger of the residence; two sons, Napoleon Benninger and Victor Benninger; one daughter, Agape Benninger; and one sister, Dawn Benninger of Stroudsburg, PA.

Graveside services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 25, 2022 at the Lovelace Family Cemetery by Pastor Tim Kyser.

The family will receive friends following the service at the family home located next to the cemetery.
