Rustburg………Vivian Pickeral Dawson, age 76 of Rustburg, died Friday, June 10, 2022 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital.

Born November 13, 1945 in Pittsylvania County, she was a daughter of the late Arthur Oscar Pickeral and Annie Belle Rowland Pickeral.  She was predeceased by a sister, Elaine Pickeral Gibson.  Vivian was a talented seamstress and a former employee of Leggett's Department Store.  She loved selling Avon products and her beloved dog, "Edy."

She is survived by one daughter, Sheila Yeatts and husband, Greg of Evington; two sisters, Brenda P. Rowland of Long Island, and Donna P. Clemmons and husband, Steve of Las Vegas, NV; two grandsons, Tyler Yeatts, and Trevor Yeatts; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Monday, June 13, 2022 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Pastor Dan Dibble.  Burial will follow in Gretna Burial Park.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2 to 3:00 p.m. Monday, June 13, 2022 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home.
