Gretna…..Vicky Mason Seamster, age 52 of Gretna, died Monday, February 8, 2016 at Lynchburg General Hospital.
Born March 15, 1963 in Lynchburg she was a daughter of the late Robert (OZ) Mason and Bobbie Keesee Anthony. She was predeceased by two brothers; Tommy Mason and Jerry Mattox; and one sister, Sue Elliott. Mrs. Seamster was an embroider at J. Crew and enjoyed doing custom embroidering at home. She enjoyed pitching horseshoes and was a Virginia State Champion Women's Division A Class. Vicky was also the Senior Regent for the Altavista WOTM Chapter 1966 and enjoyed dancing and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Willie Seamster, Jr. of the residence; two daughters, Tania Gregory and her fiancé, Tommy Moore and Ashley Cox and her husband, Tommy; one step-son, Matthew Seamster of Panama City, FL; three sisters, Anita Rowland & her husband, Charlie of Hurt, Pam Bowling of Huddleston and Angie Hines and her husband, Ronald of Gretna; and seven grandchildren, Victoria, Anthony, Dakota, Julia, Drake, Jase and Mason.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Rev. Jason Andrews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times at the residence of her daughter, Tania Gregory.
