Gretna…..Ursula Margaret Foster, age 70 of Gretna died Monday, December 1, 2014 at Lynchburg General Hospital.
Born March 22, 1944 in Nuremberg, Germany she was a daughter of the late Margaret Mast. Mrs. Foster graduated from Lynchburg College with a Theatre Major and a History Minor. She was a former employee of the Lane Company and she also helped Bill at the One Stop Market. Mrs. Foster enjoyed animals, the theatre, crafts, and reading.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Foster of the residence; one son, William Christopher Foster of Charlotte, NC; two daughters, Andrea Lynn Foster and her husband, Eric Fletcher of New Castle and Patricia Margaret Stratton and her husband, Robert of Roanoke; one brother, Bernhardt Mast of Nuremberg, Germany; one sister, Barbara Mast of Nuremberg, Germany; and two grandchildren, Moss Stratton and Samantha Stratton.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 5, 2014 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Janina Shoemaker.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 to 2 P.M. Friday, December 5, 2014 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home.
