Tommy Wayne King, age 55 of Gretna passed away Monday, July 28, 2025.

Born June 22, 1970 in Danville, he was a son of Jerry Wayne King and Sarah Elizabeth Hammock King of Gretna.  He was predeceased by a brother, Michael King; and a fur baby, "L.T. King."  Tommy was self-employed and was a jack of all trades.  He enjoyed fishing, dancing, cutting up on the bridge, fixing stuff and working on old cars.  Tommy loved his children and grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Tammy King of the residence; three daughters, Holley King and husband, Alan of Gretna, Tonya King of Dry Fork and Tanya "Pooh Bear" King of Gretna; one brother, Gerald King and wife, Kim of Gretna; one sister, Lisa Noya and husband, Frank of Gladys; eight grandchildren, T.J., Donte, Brooklyn, Rachael, Robert, Skylar, Riley and Michael.; a sister-in-law, Melissa King of Pittsville; and two fur babies, "Lala" and "Wednesday."

Memorial services will be conducted  2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Pastor Curtis "Bo" Boley.
