Hurt……..Timothy "Tim" James Wyatt, Sr., age 66 of Hurt passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital.

Born February 22, 1960 in Lynchburg, he was a son of the late Ronney James Wyatt and Nancy Trent Wyatt.  He was predeceased by a daughter, Angel Wyatt.  Mr. Wyatt was a member of Round Pond Baptist Church and an inspector with Jiffy Lube.  He was a member of the Renan Fire Department; and enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding motorcycles.

He is survived by his wife, Charlene Hamlett Wyatt of the residence; two sons, Justin Wyatt and wife, Michelle of Hurt and Jamie Wyatt and fiancée, Roxann of Hurt; one daughter, Jesse Wyatt and husband, Henry of Evington; one brother, Chris Wyatt and wife, Karen of Gretna;  and six grandchildren, Georgia, Jaxson, Amelia, Chase, Ayden and Jameson.

Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at Altavista Memorial Park by Rev. Ricky Hogan.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, May 11, 2026 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home.
