Gretna.……Timothy Wayne "Tim" Moore, age 65 of Gretna passed away Sunday, June 29, 2025 at his residence.

Born December 15, 1960 in Danville, he was a son of the late William Andrew Moore, Jr. and Shirley Jane Hammock Moore.  He was predeceased by a brother, Randy Thompson.  Mr. Moore was a U.S. Army Veteran and a retired truck driver with P and K Trucking.  He Loved the Lord and his family.  He enjoyed riding the Blue Ridge Parkway.

He is survived by two daughters, Sarah Moore of Rocky Mount and Samantha Moore of Gretna; one son, Andrew Gladin and wife, Amy of Keeling; one sister, Robin Lynn Moore of Gretna; and nine grandchildren, Alexandria, Jeree, Jerry, Saharie, Samuel, Dustin, Summer, Nyla and Aliyah.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Pastor W.L. Pillow.  Burial with Military Honors by American Legion Altavista Post 36 and Gretna Post 232 will follow in Greenfield Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home.
