Terry Wright Witt

Hurt……….Terry Wright Witt, age 49 of Hurt died Sunday, January 29, 2012 at her residence surrounded by family.
Born May 19, 1962 in Danville, she was a daughter of the late Harold Edward Wright and Shirley Taylor Wright. She was predeceased by a nephew, Corey Karkenny. Terry received her Associate Degree in Business Management from Danville Community College and was a former employee of Apple Market. She enjoyed cooking, reading, candy and NASCAR.
She is survived by her husband, Rodney Dean Witt of the residence; one sister, Tammy Meadows and husband, Sammy of Gretna; one nephew and two nieces, Danny Meadows, Cammie Shelton and Courtney Karkenny; and three great-nieces, Ava Meadows, Camryn Witt and Gracie Witt.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at the Colbert-Moran Chapel.
The family will receive friends at the residence of her sister and brother-in-law, Tammy and Sammy Meadows, 2061 Weatherford Drive, Gretna.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The American Cancer Society.
