Gretna……….Steven Arthur (Steve) Moss, age 59 of Gretna died Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Gretna Health & Rehab.
Born December 30, 1955 he was a son of the late Terry Compton Moss and Doris Terry Moss. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Mayhew Moss. Mr. Moss was a member of the First Baptist Church of Gretna and prior to his illness was an active member of Anderson Lodge 258 A.F. and A.M., the Danville Scottish Rites and the Roanoke Shriners. After his retirement from Goodyear he became a truck driver. Steve enjoyed golfing and photography.
He is survived by his son, Mark Moss and wife, Kim of Marion; one brother, Marvin Moss of Blairs; and a granddaughter, Rowan Moss of Marion.
Memorial services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 15, 2015 at the First Baptist Church of Gretna by Rev. Jonathan Hilliard.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2 to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 15, 2015 at the First Baptist Church of Gretna.
