Penhook…….Eldgert Steve "Abate" Doss, age 55 of Penhook, died Wednesday, April 28, 2021.

Born July 19, 1965, he was a son of Merrill Doss of Sandy Level and the late Mary Mozelle Doss. Mr. Doss enjoyed his farm animals, being around people and making people laugh. He always had a joke to tell.

In addition to his father, he is survived by one daughter, Krystal Doss of Penhook; one grandson, Nykel Claybrooks; his fiancée, Wendy Barbour of Sandy Level; three uncles, Carlton Wayne Doss, Bobby Doss, and Jimmy Doss; and two aunts, Ann Doss, and Nell Doss.

Per his request there will be no public service.
