Hurt………Steve Leftwich Dalton, age 60 of Hurt died Friday, February 26, 2021.

Born August 12, 1960 in Pittsylvania County, he was a son of Carlton Morman Dalton and wife, Linda of Hurt and Betty Bailey Myers of Hurt.  Mr. Dalton was a truck driver with Owen's Trucking. He enjoyed racing and fishing.

In addition to his parents, he is survived two sisters, Diane Arthur and significant other, Ken Short of Gretna, and Gwen Bruce of Hurt; one step-brother, Oscar Myers, Jr. and wife, Janet of Gretna; one niece, April Robertson and husband, Clyde of Hurt; and two nephews, David Arthur and wife, Crystal of Hurt, and Mark Smith of Altavista.

Memorial services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 1, 2021 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Rev. Lynn Marstin.
