Hurt…….Stacey Lynn Huffman, age 43 of Hurt died Sunday, July 16, 2023.

Born March 20, 1980 in Lynchburg, she was a daughter of Rickie
"Slick" Huffman and Ava Brumfield Huffman of Hurt. She was predeceased by a son, Christian Lee Huffman; maternal grandfather, Otis Brumfield; and paternal grandparents, William O. Huffman and Eva Huffman.  Stacey worked at Capps Shoe Company.  She enjoyed being on her phone, listening to music, and being around her family.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandmother, Lelia Brumfield of Gretna; one brother, Jason Huffman and wife, Christy of South Boston; two sisters, Amy Irby and husband, Thomas of Gretna, and Rachel Thompson and husband, Tie of Gretna; nieces and nephews, Bethany, Tommy, Jr., Caitlyn, Hailey, Cobee, Makayla, and Kyria; and a great-niece, Christianna.

Graveside services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at St. John Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery by Pastor Tim Lane.
