Gretna……Sarah Ann Culler Price, age 80 of Gretna passed away Sunday, September 13, 2026 at her residence.

Born January 17, 1946 in Roanoke, she was a daughter of the late Ira and Alvie Culler.  She was predeceased by a brother, Ira Lee Culler; and a special friend, Glenn Bennett.  Sarah was a member of the First Baptist Church of Gretna.  She retired from the Pittsylvania County Treasurer's Office and was a longtime bookkeeper at Gretna Drug.  She loved her family and her dog, "Bella."

She is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Carter and husband, Rick of Blairs and Christy Shelton and husband, Troy of Hurt; three grandchildren, Austin Carter and wife, Mariah, Allen Shelton and wife, Madelyn and Sarah Shelton; a sister-in-law, Robin Culler; and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at the First Baptist Church of Gretna by Dr. Jim Hewitt.  Burial will follow in Carl O. Moran Memorial Garden.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at the First Baptist Church of Gretna and other times will be at the residence.
