Chatham………Ruth Ann Bradner, age 59 of Chatham, died Friday, February 14, 2025 at the residence.

Born August 20, 1965 in North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Oscar Millard Palmer and Pauline Watson Palmer. She was predeceased by one son, Justin Palmer; and two grandchildren, Timothy Gilbert III and Jayce Cope. Mrs. Bradner was a home maker.

She is survived by two sons, Corey Adkins of Lynchburg and Kemper Adkins of Penhook; two daughters, Cassie Cope of Hurt and Kirsten Adkins of Penhook; two sisters, Lisa Foster and husband, Keith of Martinsville and Susan Branzelle of Hurt; and 14 grandchildren.

Per her request there will be no public service.
