Altavista……….Richard "Ricky" Terrell Elliott, age 56 of Altavista died Monday, May 2, 2016.
Born December 20, 1959 in Campbell County he was a son of the late William Elmo Elliott and Minerva Elizabeth Walker Lindsay Elliott. Mr. Elliott was a carpenter by trade. He enjoyed NASCAR, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by two sons, Brandon Elliott of Lynchburg and Alex Elliott of Rustburg; two brothers, Doug Elliott of Altavista and Wayne Elliott of Altavista; three sisters, Beverly Lindsay Dalton of Gretna, Betty Jones of Dry Fork and Sandra Dunn of Greensboro, NC; his fiancée, Jessica Marie Caldwell of the residence; and one granddaughter, Daria.
Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 5, 2016 at Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery by Rev. Dale Norton.
The family will receive friends at the residence.
