Nathalie……….Richard Lee Waller, age 90 of 1103 Waller Road, Nathalie died Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Virginia Baptist Hospital.
Born December 8, 1922 in Pittsylvania County he was a son of the late Sy Berry Waller and Georgia Eanes Waller. He was predeceased by two brothers, Jessie Waller and Douglas Waller. Mr. Waller was a retired farmer and of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed watching kids play, watching baseball games and working with dogs.
He is survived by two brothers, Clyde H. Waller and wife, Catherine of Nathalie and Owen Waller and wife, Carol of Nathalie; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 18, 2013 at the Colbert-Moran Chapel by Rev. R.G. Rowland. Burial will follow in Gretna Burial Park.
The family will receive friends Friday, one hour prior to the service at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at his residence.
