Gretna…….John Richard Towler, age 62 of Gretna died Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Centra Gretna Medical Center.

Born May 6, 1960 in Pittsylvania County, he was a son of the late Jesse Hubert Towler and Ruby Shelton Towler. Mr. Towler was the former owner/operator of Chatham Print Shop, was a member of the Catholic Church and enjoyed writing.

He is survived by a cousin, Peggy Welborn of Danville and numerous other cousins.

Per his request there will be no public service.
