Hurt…...Rhonda Shelton Witt, age 55 of Hurt died Monday, March 4, 2019 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital.

Born December 7, 1963 in Lynchburg, she was a daughter of the late Edgar Lee Shelton, Sr. and Rebecca Ann Farmer Shelton. Mrs. Witt was predeceased by two brothers, Edgar Lee "Bootsie" Shelton, Jr. and Tommy "Tadpole" Shelton; and her father-in-law, Bobby Lee Witt. Rhonda enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, and loved her cat, "Baby".

She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Witt, Sr. of the residence; three sons, Michael Catron of La Porte, TX, Eric Catron of Hurt, and Jeffrey Witt, Jr. and wife, Savannah of Altavista; three daughters, Jamie Fitzgerald and husband, James of Hurt, Jordan Reynolds of Altavista, and Nora Witt of Altavista; two brothers, Hugh Andy Shelton and wife, Betty of Bedford, and David Shelton of Gretna; and 10 grandchildren.

No services will be held at this time.
