Gretna…….Ollie Randolph Jones, age 91 of Gretna, died Monday, February 5, 2024 at his residence.

Born August 18, 1932 in Pittsylvania County, he was a son of the late Maurice Whitfield Jones and Homie Rowland Jones.  He was predeceased by his wife, Eloise Lewis Jones.  Mr. Jones was a member of Gretna Pentecostal Holiness Church and he retired from Dan River Mills after 45 years of service.  He also worked at Food Lion and helped on Doug Dalton's farm.  He enjoyed helping his son, Kim on the farm.

He is survived by one son, Kim Jones of Gretna; one  stepson, Marion Swain and wife, Patsy of Gretna; and one sister, Carrie Ellen Campbell and husband, Harry of Gretna.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 9, 2024 at Gretna Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery by Rev. R.G. Rowland and Rev. Dennis Nichols
