Randall Lee Moore

Chatham........Randall Lee Moore, age 74 of 175 Greenbay Road, Chatham died Monday, May 3, 2010 at Lynchburg General Hospital.
Born January 9, 1936 in Pittsylvania County he was a son of the late Otey Lee Moore and Minnie Hedrick Moore. He was predeceased by a brother Gene Moore, a step-son Keith Morton, and his first wife, Virginia Tyree Moore. Mr. Moore was a member of Greenbay Christian Church, and was a retired printer with Lynchburg Lithograph. He loved to play golf, hunt, and fish.
He is survived by his wife, June May Moore of the residence; a daughter, Tami Hurt and husband, Bobby of Madison Heights; a step-daughter, Julie Morton Dyke and husband, Warner of Rustburg; a brother, Morris Wayne Moore and wife, Margaret of Gretna; and six grandchildren, Brooke Hurt Magann, Brandon Hurt and wife, Mandi, Ben Hurt, Hailey Dyke, Allie Dyke, and Jake Morton. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at Greenbay Christian Church by Lee Ashley, Minister. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence.
