Chatham……..Peggy Marie Dalton Woodall, age 75 of Chatham formerly of Lynchburg passed away Friday, March 13, 2026 at Gretna Health and Rehab Center.

Born May 9, 1950 in Danville, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Tony Dalton.  She was predeceased by her husband, Orien Lynn Woodall.  Mrs. Woodall was a beautician and she loved helping people.

She is survived by one sister, Elizabeth "Dale" Robertson of Gretna; one brother, Mark Dalton and wife, Susan of Alabama; great-nephews, Cody Towler and Justin Towler; special cousin, Christine Schwitzerlett; and a niece and other cousins.

No services will be held at this time.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Gretna Health and Rehab for their love and care over the last several years as well as the help they have given Dale over the last six months.
