Gretna……….Otey Harris Kelley III, age 58 of Gretna passed away Monday, September 22, 2025 at Duke University Hospital.

Born August 7, 1967 in Lynchburg, he was a son of the late Otey Harris Kelley II and Anita Boles Kelley.  He was predeceased by one son, Kevin Neal.  Mr. Kelley was a member of Straightstone Baptist Church and worked at Abbott Laboratories.  He was a Washington Redskin fan; and enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, drag racing and working on his Chevy Nova.

He is survived by his wife, Sandy Kelley of the residence; one son, Ben Neal and wife, Kelly of Gladys; one brother, Charles Kelley of Gretna; four grandchildren, Savanah Neal (Dillon), James Neal, River Neal and Ella Grace Neal.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 26, 2025 at Straightstone Baptist Church by Rev. Greg Hedrick and Rev. Brad Hendrix.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 25, 2025 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home.
