Altavista…..Martha Ann Keatts, age 65 of Altavista died Monday, December 10, 2012 at Autumn Care of Altavista.
Born October 21, 1947 in Lynchburg she was a daughter of the late Leffie Monroe Keatts, Sr. and Mollie Giles Hudson Keatts. She was predeceased by four brothers, Everett Keatts, Floyd Keatts, Bobby Keatts and Leffie Keatts, Jr. Martha Ann was a former employee of Altavista Workshop and attended the Baptist Tabernacle in Altavista. She enjoyed watching TV, especially soaps, westerns and wrestling.
She is survived by one sister, Pauline Johnson and husband, Donald; and nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 13, 2012 at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Penhook by Rev. Dr. Lynn Marstin.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence of her sister, Pauline Johnson, 424 Oakwood Drive, Hurt.
