Margaret Osborne Moore

Gretna……….Margaret Osborne Moore, age 65 of Gretna died Sunday, May 19, 2013 at her residence.
Born July 15, 1947 in Pittsylvania County she was a daughter of the late, Levi Osborne and Azie Lee Custer Dixon. She was predeceased by a son, Greg Moore and a brother, Sherman Osborne. Margaret was a member of Greenbay Christian Church and was a home maker. She loved flowers and going to the beach.
She is survived by her husband, Morris Wayne Moore of the residence; one son, Adam Wayne Moore of Lynchburg; one daughter, Penny Moore of Chatham; three brothers, R.V. Osborne and wife, Janet of Rustburg; Jeff Osborne and wife, Wanda of Chatham and Levi Osborne and wife, Teresa of Gretna; two sisters, Ann Norcutt of Rustburg and Sandra Gowen and husband, Emmett of Gladys; one granddaughter, Ava Lacks; and a special friend, Christine Crider.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at Greenbay Christian Church by Lee Ashley, Minister. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 P.M. Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence of her daughter, Penny Moore, Piney Road, Gretna.
