Gretna……….Margaret Lynn Banks Roberts, age 75 of Gretna died Thursday, September 5, 2024 at Centra Gretna Medical Center.

Born August 29, 1949 in Toledo, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Robert Martin Banks and Mary Margaret Torrey Banks.  She was predeceased by her husband, John Junior Roberts, Jr.  Mrs. Roberts was a home maker.  She loved the Lord; and enjoyed oil painting and spending time wither her family.

She is survived by one son, John J. Roberts III and wife, Patricia of Christiansburg; two daughters, Tiffany Roberts of Puerto Rico and Jennifer Buckingham and husband, Michael of Gretna; one brother, Daniel Banks and wife, Norma of San Antonio, Texas; one sister, Kim Koluch of Temperance, Michigan; and three grandchildren, Skylauna Padilla, Dustin Padilla and Forest Padilla.

Graveside services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 14, 2024 at the Roberts Family Cemetery.
