Gretna.........Macie Moore Miller, age 84 of Gretna died Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at her residence.

Born October 17, 1937 in Lynchburg, she was a daughter of the late Charlie Moore and Rosabelle Bates Moore.  She was predeceased by her husband, Egbert "Jasper" Glover Miller; five brothers, Willie Moore, Nelson Moore, John Moore, Wade Moore, and Bonnie Moore; and four sisters, Alease Moore, Frances Moore, Denny Ridgeway, and Katie Moore.  Mrs. Miller was a home maker; and she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by one son, Tony Miller and wife, Katy of Gretna; three grandchildren, Sarah Miller, Tuesdee Miller, and Axl Miller; and three great-grandchildren, Jacob Roher, Augustus Hanlon, and Tyler Bennett.

Graveside services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Greenpond Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. R.G. Rowland.
