Gretna………Linda Faye Harrison, age 68 of Gretna died Thursday, January 18, 2024 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital.

Born January 18, 1956 in Windsor, NC, she was a daughter of Alice Johnson Wymer and husband, William "Bill" Wymer of Gretna, and the late William Raleigh Harrison.  She was predeceased by one brother, William Raleigh Harrison, Jr.  Linda was LPN Nurse, and she enjoyed working with flowers, and yard work.  Linda loved her dog, "Minnie," taking care of others, nursing.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by three sons, Wesley Mattera and wife, Rene of Edenton, NC, Brian Mattera and wife, Megan of Elizabeth City, NC, and Anthony Mattera and wife, Carla of San Antonio, TX; and four grandchildren.

Per her request there will be no public service.
