Lila Faye Pearce Keith passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on the afternoon of November 23, 2024. Lila was the youngest of 8 siblings and was born in Pt. Pleasant NJ on May 7, 1925. It was in Pt. Pleasant that she married the love of her life Earl Frank Keith and raised five sons. She spent many years walking the boardwalk along the beach with friends before moving to Virginia where she continued to walk and stay active.

Lila, better known as "Nan" to many who knew her, will be remembered most for her sense of humor and quick wit, her strength and tenacity, and for how deeply she loved her family. She was an avid reader, loved to knit and watch her "red birds".

Lila is predeceased by her husband Earl, her parents Thomas and Hannah Pearce, and her siblings. She is survived by her five sons, Thomas Keith, Don Keith and wife Penny, Brian Keith and wife Mindy, Mark Keith and wife Mary Kate, and Jack Keith. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

There will be no service at this time. The family will hold a celebration of life in
the coming spring.
