Gladys……Lewis Wayne Downey, age 48 of Gladys died Monday, November 28, 2022 at his residence.

Born December 12, 1973 in Campbell County, he was a son of the late Bobby Ray Downey, Sr. and Phyllis Gail Seamster Tuck.  He was predeceased by two brothers, Bobby "Ray Ray" Downey, Jr. and Brandon Downey.  Mr. Downey worked for English Construction. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and treasure hunting.

He is survived by caretakers, Bruce and Hopie Seamster of Gladys; and numerous other family members.

Per his request no public service will be held.
