Hurt……Landan Joseph Langford, age 18 of Hurt died Saturday, May 14, 2016 at his residence surrounded by his family.
Born February 25, 1998 in Lynchburg he was a son of Ricky Vassar Langford and Linda Barbour Langford of the residence. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Clyde and Delma Barbour. Landan was a loving child who enjoyed computers and was a history buff. He was home schooled.
In addition to his parents he is survived by a half-sister, Alexandra Seegret of Ohio; his paternal grandparents, Joseph and Linda Langford of Charlotte Court House; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Rev. Jim Critchley. Burial will follow in the Carl O. Moran Memorial Garden.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, May 16, 2016 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home.
