Kitty Midkiff Pickeral

Gretna…..Kitty Midkiff Pickeral, age 70 of 11177 Chalk Level Rd. Gretna died Friday, December 7, 2012 at Lynchburg General Hospital.
Born November 12, 1942 in Pittsylvania County she was a daughter of the late Walter Thomas Midkiff and Mozia Rowland Midkiff. She was also predeceased by a sister, Ida Motley. Mrs. Pickeral was a member of Greenfield Baptist Church and was a retired employee of the Pittsylvania County Community Action. Kitty enjoyed genealogy and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband J. Wayne Pickeral of the residence; two sons Thomas Wayne Pickeral and fianance' Kathy Keatts of Gretna, and Mark Steven Pickeral and wife Amy of Gretna; two grandchildren, Caitlin Thomas Pickeral and Alayna Mae Pickeral.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p. m. Sunday, December 9, 2012 at Greenfield Baptist Church by the Rev. R. G. Rowland. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends 7:00 -8:30 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times be at the residence 11177 Chalk Level Rd, Gretna.
