Gretna……….Kevin Ray Maddox, age 52 of Gretna, died Monday, July 17, 2023 at his residence.

Born March 28, 1971 in Lynchburg, he was a son of Karen "Kaye" Sue Neal of Gretna and the late David Herbert Maddox.  He was predeceased by a daughter, Ariel Elizabeth Merkley.  Mr. Maddox was a mechanic; and he enjoyed drag racing and NASCAR.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Kevin Tyler Hille of Maryland and Christopher Todd Trammell of North Carolina; one uncle, Herb Neal of Gretna; two aunts, Bonnie Neal of Gretna and Nancy Hughes of Altavista; and a lifelong friend, Wayne Barbour of Gretna.

Per his request there will be no public service.
