Wirtz……Kenneth "Kenny Ray" Towler, age 55 of Wirtz, died Monday, July 4, 2022 at his residence.

Born December 8, 1966 in Lynchburg, he was a son of Janie Epperson Towler of Hurt and the late Roy Edward Towler.  Kenny Ray was an employee of Marvin Windows.  He enjoyed working on antique cars and he loved his dog, "Cody."

In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, Shane Towler of Lynchburg; one daughter, Felicia Towler of Rustburg; one brother, Robert Towler and wife, Regina of Pittsville;  his girlfriend, Britta Leary of Moneta; four grandchildren, Chasity, Kelsey, Preston, and Dakota; and his companion dog, "Cody."

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 7, 2022 at the Wagner Family Cemetery by Rev. Jim Critchley.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home.
