Dry Fork..…..Kenneth "Kenny" Haywood Osborne, age 62 of Dry Fork died Saturday, December 9, 2017 at his residence.
Born January 13, 1955 in Danville, he was a son of the late William Haywood "Rabbit" Osborne and Elsie Estelle Bradner Osborne. Mr. Osborne was a mechanic at J & J Truck Sales and had a good work ethic. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, old cars, riding his Chevy truck in the mountains; and spending time with family, especially his grandson, Trevor.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Johnson of the residence; one son, Kenny Osborne and girlfriend, Farrah Lynskey of Dry Fork; one daughter, Tina Marie Osborne of Dry Fork; one brother, Keith Osborne of Danville; two sisters, Kay Wyatt of Danville and Kathy Barbour of Pittsville; and one grandson, Trevor Osborne.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Rev. Mike Hearp. Burial will follow in the Osborne Family Cemetery in Chatham.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, December 11, 2017 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times at the residence of his sister, Kathy Barbour, 125 Blue Jay Lane, Pittsville.
