Chatham………Kathy Roach Lennon, age 63 of Chatham died Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital.

Born February 28, 1958 in Bedford County, she was a daughter of the late Junior Pearl Roach and Frances Wright Roach.  She was predeceased by her husband, Patrick Lennon; four brothers, Roy Roach, Billy Roach, Bobby Roach, and Roger Krantz; two sisters, Amy Roach and Lucille Roach Brienze; and four nephews, Lynn Roach, Scotty Roach, Jamie Roach, and Ryan Compton.  Kathy was a member of Altavista Baptist Tabernacle.  She enjoyed going to day support, crafts, music, cleaning, reading magazines, and watching wrestling.

She is survived by three brothers, Jerry Roach and wife, Joyce of Huddleston, James Roach of Huddleston, and Johnny Roach and wife, Debbie of Huddleston; two sisters, Sandra Compton and Richard Jones of Chatham, and Judy Baboun and husband, Henry of Ringgold; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Rev. Lynn Marstin.

The family will reconvene at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Staunton Baptist Church Cemetery for the burial.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home.
