Gretna……….Grady "Junior" Lee Dalton, Jr., age 68 of Gretna died Tuesday, February 12, 2019.

Born August 4, 1950, he was a son of the late Grady Lee Dalton, Sr. and Lula "Pete" Ramsey Dalton.  He was predeceased by two brothers, Jimmy Dalton and Ronnie Dalton.  Grady was a member of Sycamore Baptist Church and was a farmer.  He never forgot a birthday and he loved loading and splitting wood.  He also enjoyed working puzzles, watching TV, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by three sisters, Yvonne Wells and husband, Charles of Chatham, Kathy Dalton of Gretna, and Ramona Robinson of Danville; sisters-in-law, Deborah Dalton, and Peggy Dalton; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 15, 2019 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Elder Marvin Brumfield.  Burial will follow in Gretna Burial Park.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence of his sister, Kathy Dalton, 6961 Rockford School Road, Gretna.
