Gladys..…..Judy Faye Clay, age 54 of Gladys died Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Lynchburg General Hospital.

Born November 2, 1963 in Lynchburg, she was a daughter of the late Jerry Eades and Nellie Jane Clay Akers.  She was also predeceased by a brother, Jamie Akers.  Judy enjoyed crafts, sewing, painting, and collecting things.

She is survived by two sons, Ricky Hucks and fiancée, Barbara Moore of Gladys and Jerry Clay of Ashboro, NC; two brothers, Jerry Clay of Seagrove, NC and Jimmy Clay of Gladys; one sister, Dorothy Conley of Manassas; and two grandchildren, Sydnie Hucks and Jeffrey Hucks.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 26, 2018 at the Carl O. Moran Memorial Garden by Pastor Mike Dodson.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, May 25, 2018 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home.
