Penhook……….Juanita Berger Lumpkin, age 86 of Penhook passed away peacefully Friday, September 3, 2021 at Henrico Doctors Hospital.

Born February 16, 1935 in Texas, she was a daughter of the late Lonnie Lee Berger and Carlean James Berger.  She was predeceased by her husband, Adolphus Raymond Lumpkin; two sons, Dennis Lumpkin, and Wayne Lumpkin; one brother, Eugene Berger; and one sister, Louise Turner.  She was the owner/operator of Lumpkins Marina.  She enjoyed reading, chatting with friends, shopping, and being a part of the Lumpkins Marina Community.

She is survived by one daughter, Charlotte L. Dunn and husband, Michael of Glen Allen; two brothers, Bobbie Joe Berger and wife, Nancy of Chesterfield, and Kenneth Ray Berger of Chesterfield; four grandchildren, Stephen Lumpkin and wife Misty, Angie Nichols, Ven Barnes and wife, Kaylee, and Miles Mason; and eight great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at the Lumpkin Memorial Cemetery by Pastor Roy Parker.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, September 6, 2021 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home.
