Danville…..John (Johnny) Lynn Fulks, age 54 of Danville, died Sunday, December 9, 2012 at Duke Medical Center.
Born February 21, 1958 in Danville, he was a son of the late Chester Fulk and Dorothy Jean Radford Fulk. He was predeceased by his wife, Patty Jane Rowland Fulks; one sister, Laurena Gibbs; and one brother, Robert Fulk. Mr. Fulks was a cab driver; and enjoyed working and driving cars. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is survived by two sons, Johnny James Fulks and his wife, Tamara Hawks of Danville, and Westley Lynn Fulks and his wife, Kate of Danville; one daughter, Danielle Evans and her husband, Jason of Danville; one brother, James Fulk of Dry Fork; one sister, Kathy Dickerson of Yale; and four grandchildren, Trinity Cook, Brooklyn Evans, Blake Evans, and Zoey Evans.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Rev. Kell Stone. Burial will follow in Gretna Burial Park.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 P.M. Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence of his sister-in-law, Shirley Rowland, 870 Piney Forest Road, Danville, VA
