Bedford…..John Patrick Brownlow, age 52 of Bedford died Monday, July 31, 2017.
Born September 9, 1964 in Washington, D.C. he was a son of Anastasia Reed Brownlow Cowan and husband, Edward Cowan, Jr. of Gretna and the late Thomas James Brownlow. He was predeceased by two brothers, Thomas James Brownlow III and William George Brownlow. Mr. Brownlow was a carpenter. He loved hunting and fishing on the farm on the Banister River, deep sea fishing and boating.
In addition to his mother and step-father he is survived by a son, Austin Brownlow of Bedford; two daughters, Ashley Brownlow of Woodbridge and Bailey Brownlow of La Plata, MD; two sisters, Christen Marie Metzger and husband, Dave Mays of Moneta and Stacy Kay Magner of Altavista; and one granddaughter, Aria Brownlow.
Following his request there will be a celebration of his life service at a later date.
