Gretna………JoAnn Yeatts Myers, age 75 of Gretna, died Thursday, September 5, 2024 at Centra Gretna Medical Center.

Born September 6, 1948 in Pittsylvania County, she was a daughter of the late Mack Vernard Yeatts and Gladys Thelma Shields Yeatts.  Mrs. Myers was a member of Pittsville Pentecostal Holiness Church and she was a home maker. She loved her church and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Carroll Wayne Myers of the residence; two sons, Michael Myers and wife, Robbin of Danville and Scottie Myers and wife, Lindsey of Roanoke; one sister, Betty Taylor and husband, George of Midlothian; four grandchildren, Emma Myers, Evan Myers, Brittany Myers and Kaleb Myers; one great-grandchild, Kylo Stover; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 8, 2024 at Pittsville Pentecostal Holiness Church by Pastor Thomas Lee.  Burial will follow in Gretna Burial Park.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence.
