Gretna……..Joan Tucker Foster, age 59 of Gretna died Monday, June 1, 2015 at Lynchburg General Hospital.
Born February 15, 1956 in Lynchburg she was a daughter of James A. Tucker of Gretna and the late Shirley Thompson Tucker. Mrs. Foster was a member at Straightstone Baptist Church and was a former employee of Klopman. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening and her dogs and cats.
In addition to her father she is survived by her husband, Mark Foster of the residence; one son, Cory Foster of Bassett.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Straightstone Baptist Church by Pastor David Bell. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence.
