Gretna……….Jimmy Ray Keatts, age 68 of Gretna died Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at his residence.
Born November 10, 1949 in Pittsylvania County, he was a son of the late Harold Thomas Keatts and Ada Dalton Keatts. Mr. Keatts was a member of Sycamore Baptist Church and was a carpenter. He was a Jack of all trades; and he enjoyed hunting, camping and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Georgia Tosh Keatts of the residence; one son, Kelly Keatts of Gretna; one daughter, Jennifer Keatts of Gretna; and four brothers, Lynwood Keatts and wife, Shelby of Gretna, Garith Keatts and wife, Pat of Gretna, Harold Edward Keatts and wife, Peggy of Gretna and Omah Dalton of Fremont, OH.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 22, 2018 at Sycamore Baptist Church by Rev. Gary Phillips and Brian Ashworth. Burial will follow in Carl O. Moran Memorial Garden.
The family will receive friends at the residence.
