Penhook………Jeffrey "Jeff" Wayne Perkins, age 59 of Penhook died Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at his residence.

Born March 20, 1961 in Danville, he was a son of Melvin "Whitey" Perkins and Mildred Osborne Perkins of Gretna. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Russell and Susie Perkins; and his maternal grandparents, David and Agnes Osborne.  Mr. Perkins was a member of West End Church of Christ and the owner/operator of Jeff's Tire and Auto in Sandy Level.  He enjoyed fishing, playing golf, racing, and cutting wood.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Jesika Perkins of Fuquay-Varina, NC and Casey Perkins (Cody Roach) of Gretna; two grandchildren, Maison McMillan, and Logan Dunn; one sister, Jennifer Perkins of Gretna; Jesika and Casey's mother, Carla Cain of Durham, NC; and two special friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Rev. R.G. Rowland and Randy Parker, Minister.

Graveside services will be held in Carl O. Moran Memorial Garden at a later date.

The family will receive friends at the residence of his parents, Whitey and Mildred Perkins.

Everyone attending the service must wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
