Jeff Arnold Green, age 59 of Port St. Lucie, Florida passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 5, 2021 after a short battle with Esophageal Cancer.

Born February 18, 1962 in Lynchburg, VA, he was a son of the late Jesse Arnold Green and Shirley Virginia McGhee.  He was predeceased by a brother, Mark Green; his step-father, Roger McGhee; and a brother-in-law, Donnie Layne.  Mr. Green was a former employee of Klopman Mills.  He was a big football fan and his favorite team was the Miami Dolphins.  He also enjoyed watching Star Trek.

He is survived by two daughters, Samantha Dash of Altavista, VA, and Julie Grishaw and husband, Richie of Raleigh, NC; one son, Jeffery Arnold Green, Jr. of Altavista, VA; three sisters, Debbie Layne of Hurt, VA, Sharon Pennington and husband, Sonny of Metairie, LA, and Donna Ward of Gretna, VA; one brother, Tim Green and wife, Penny of Gretna, VA; and five grandchildren.

A graveside memorial service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Green Lawn Cemetery by Rev. R.G. Rowland.
