Pittsville……….Jeffrey Paul "Jeff" Doss, age 62 of Pittsville died Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at his residence.

Born September 9, 1958 in Danville, he was a son of Estelle Walker Doss of Gretna and the late Henry Paul Doss.  Jeff was a member of New Beginnings Baptist Church and he was self-employed with Doss Home Improvement.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, building and construction.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife, Patty Sue Fielder Doss of the residence; one son, Christopher Paul Doss and fiancée, Ann Richardson of Gretna; one daughter Jamie Doss Roach and husband, Barnabas of Gretna; three step-sons, Kevin Byrd of Gretna, Tommy Byrd of Gretna, and Jeremy Byrd of Gretna; one brother, Joey Daniel Doss and wife, Susan; one sister, Jennifer Lynn Doss; a sister-in-law, Judy Byrd; two grandchildren, Samuel Roach, and Stephanie Roach; two step-grandchildren, Jade Byrd, and Kolby Byrd; and a niece, Savannah Porter.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 14, 2021 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Pastor Bobby Brumfield and Dr. Henry M. Meadows, Jr.  Burial will follow in Carl O. Moran Memorial Garden.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 to 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 14, 2021 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence.
